Green Circle with black arrow

What does the green circle with the black arrow in it mean? I see a few threads with a green circle with a black arrow in it. It is in the blue square between the envelope icon and the thread title.

If you click on the New Thread button you'll see a number of Post Icons you can choose from. Most people don't use them, but if you want you can. That is one of the choices available. I guess some people might think an arrow pointing at it will draw attention to the thread.
