I have made these scales in other colors without any issue but when i do it in green g10 they turn out like this. Any suggestions? Was this a bad batch of g10????

G10 has 2 definite layers, the resin soaked material and a thin line of pure resin.

To me it looks like discoloration from buffing that's why it's darkest where the dots are most visible. The resin polishes up clean but the fibers of the material tend to grab the buffing soap. Try simply sanding it to a high grit and skipping the buff completely. I used to have a similar problem with the lighter color G10's so I skip buffing them.

That said, normally G10 has very flat layers and yours does look a little ripply - that's down to how it was made.
