When people ask what I do, I hesitate to say I'm a knife maker, I make so few these days. This is my forth knife this year:60:

The steel is 1084, ground thin with a distal taper.

The guard ferrel, is hard maple, dyed green with copper. The copper in the buttcap is sandwiched with jade G-10.
The horn is red stag that has been antiqued/dyed, burnished hard and waxed.

The knife is 7 inches overall.

Hope you like green:what!::biggrin:

Looks like malachite, which is a great combo with copper! They even grow together as ore.
