Green Zippo Flame

I've used rubbing alcohol in a zippo. It burns with a blue flame, and it doesn't leave a chemical taste when lighting cigars. In my experience, it evaporates before it has a chance to rust.

It's true that it won't usually sit in the lighter long enough to rust it but it will happen with prolonged exposure.

Hey Ben,
You carry a zippo = you smoke weed.
Sound JUST like if you carry a knife = you stab somebody :D

I don't carry my Zippo I just like to dick around with it and since I don't really use it for smoking or anything that could harm me, I thought a green flame would be sick. And I filled my Zippo with Denatured alcohol once and the flame was clear, like you could not see it but when I held a peice of paper over it then it would catch on fire.

That's kinda cool... invisible fire.

Yeah, I guess it would be cool if you smoked. Then it would look like you lit your cig with nothing.

During daytime, yes. At night (say... in a bar) it will have a subtle blue glow. I'm a smoker.

No hate here brother. Just convo thats all, attempting to connect your green flame desire to real applications.. Guess I could of said your preparing your Green Goblin anti hero costum for next Halloween arnt you...
Peace
ST~
