I just want to leave a constructive review here to possibly help inform people, hear your experiences, and hope for Ben

to take note/improve some aspects of his business.
I ordered some wood on June 24th, expecting it to arrive before July 6th ( not unreasonable is it?), on July 1st I called Ben because my order had not been shipped and I needed to change the shipping address as I would no longer be at the original one provided. He said that was fine, just email him. Now in my head, I'm thinking he has had a week to ship my order and has not, what are the chances he checks his email and changes the shipping address, anywho. On July 6th my order shipped, to the original address. Now it's out for delivery and I am not at that address to collect the wood, and won't be for a few weeks.
I run a small business too, and I personally think that 2 weeks to ship a product is unacceptable, the lack of responsive customer service was also a major issue. I understand that there could be extenuating circumstances that I am not aware of or other issues that arose and maybe this is out of the norm. Anyone here who has ordered from Ben what has your experience been?
