Hi Terisha! Don't listen too much to these guys telling you how & when to post DOTD:yawn:. I think you've handled the sharks just fine. Surprises keep them from becoming fat, lazy goldfish. I've been buying (sharking) here since you were about 8 years old. Surprises are part of the fun. :)

Terisa, greetings from Kentucky. When you get home enjoy a pizza for me as good New York style pizza is sadly lacking in this part of the country:grumpy: And Jersey boardwalk food too.
I'm learning from my 4 year old son that a lot of behavior comes from the blood and as strong as customer service and business acumen is in Yangdu you've got a good head start. There is a lot of "help" to be had here, most of which will be offered before you feel the need to ask. Enjoy your family most of all.
