What I meant about the wheels and bearing is they make good wheels for the kind of grinder I made.....actually most part in that grinder incl. some really cool micarta/bearing wheels came from an arcitects drawing maschine.....use what you can find....take all the mecanical stuff you find apart ans save what might come in handy later...ofcourse this is the main reason why I have so much "mess"....
The dremmel can be used for all kind of things...I use mine do do filework on my blades, polish holes, cut mosaicpins to lenght, etc.....you can also use it to remove nasty scratches from files on the tang off your knives......(if you don´t wanna build a similar machine as i did....only use I put on that was to grind into fingergrooves...)
