I've got the BK-1095 virus bad, first a set of micarta grips. Then maybe a new blade, trying to decide between the BK14,BK11, or maybe an Izula.... The Candiru is sexy as well... And thanks for making me want the BK12 as well.
What are your guys opinions on a smaller companion for my BK4?

I have an Izula and while I like the blade shape of the Izzy more, I'd probably prefer a BK14 due to the little bit larger blade size. The Candiru is going to be purchased very soon though. It will fit perfectly in that little plastic sheath on your BK4 sheath. Also get an altoids tin for that larger front pocket. That's what it's made for. band-aids, super glue, fish hooks, maybe an ESEE arrowhead, button compass, razorblade, non-lubricated condom, water treatment tabs, aspirin, etc.. you'll be surprised how much you can fit into one of those little tins.

Note: The non-lubircated condom is for a quick emergency water container if needed... get your mind right!

It feels pretty good with the paracord wrap.
But the micarta feels way better in my opinion.
BK-11 with micarta. Can't go wrong.
