Hi Everyone -
Id like to take a moment to introduce myself. On the forums I go by mtnfolk. In real life I am Wayne Jarrett owner of Jarrett Knives LLC in the mountains of Colorado. Ive hung out over on Knet for quite a while but it's been slow there lately so I thought I'd see what's going on over here. Im a proud member of the Professional Knifemakers Association (PKA) www.proknifemakers.com. I've been making knives since 1995 and just went full time. Yes, I know, what great timing, huh? I was laid off from my 25 year career in the electronic security industry in February and figured there is no time like the present to turn lemons into lemonade.
I also want to invite everyone on Bladeforums to visit my brand new web site at www.jarrettknives.com. If you visited my old site youll see that the new one is much more modern and informative. Ill be listing a few of my available knives in the knifemakers for sale sections tomorrow so please take a look at that as well. I look forward to becoming an active participant on Bladeforums if youll have me.
