I thought I would share something good.

Recently, I sold a knife, a Hess Outdoorsman, on the exchange. I had it listed as described from the dealer I bought it from.

The communication with the buyer was excellent. However, once the buyer received the knife it turned out not to be as described. The buyer contacted Hess Knives for information and it turns out the dealer, actually multiple dealers, have the Hess Outdoorsman listed wrongly. The buyer asked for a refund which I transferred, plus shipping, promptly.

*52100 should measure .210 thick. The 1095 measures .185 thick. I thought others may want to know this if you are looking at one of the Hess Outdoorsman knives.

Upon getting a tracking number I contacted the dealer who originally sold the knife. Greg at TSA Knives (http://www.shop.tsaknives.com) responded like lightning. He not only told me to send the knife back at a full refund, but to include the shipping cost of the other buyer as well. I am truly impressed by that and Greg has my respect and trust from here on out, not that I ever doubted him, he has been awesome in the past as well.

In short Greg at TSA Knives is good to go folks and one of the good ones out there.

I thought some good news would be worth reading today.

Greg is a really great guy. Can't say enough positive stuff about him. Haven't purchased from him in a while, as my love for GEC has faded, but Greg has always helped out trying to find low production patterns, specific handle materials, etc. He is really cool to chat with as well.:thumbup:
