I have a used Gregory Z35. The model is a few years old, I bought it late 2009. It's considered to be a lightweight pack weighing in at only 3 lbs 2 oz when empty. It's got the curved back with mesh so your back gets great ventilation during the summer.
It's in great shape, no tears or rips or frays. Inside the pack, there's some spots of stain on the outer surface of the hydration sleeve (the surface that comes in contact with the contents of the pack's main compartment), and those are the only cosmetic issues with the pack.
I used it when I lived in Manhattan to carry groceries. You have to walk everywhere within Manhattan and my favorite grocers were 1.5 miles away from my apartment. I went there weekly and carried anywhere from 20 to 30 lbs of produce back inside the pack. I used it a couple of times as my suitcase when I went home to visit family in VA. So it hasn't had rough handling or been dragged through the woods. Now that I live in VA and travel by car, I don't have much use for it since it's a bit big for a day pack, and a day hike is the extent of my outings these days.
