These three knives have the first handle scales that I have ever tried. Pretty fun and challenging project, and a nice change from the Japanese stuff. Hope you guys like them!

Note - It was such a nice day outside and I didn't get a chance to etch my logo before I lost that nice natural light outside for pictures. I etched them, and snapped another pic inside.

Thanks Drew! These are definitely making me want to start a collection of wild ass handle materials and liner colors.

Dozier - these are a 3 finger knife. The blade is a tad disproportionate, but on purpose. Just wanted a bit longer blade.

Thanks William!

Payment sent brother.

As I was looking at these knives, I really liked the first two in micarta...and then I saw the purple heart (fantastic logo etching btw) and thought for sure I'd scroll down and it'd be long gone. To my shock and elation, it was still available - I just love the overall flow of your design, and the colors & textures are mind-blowing. My mind is literally blown, I need to go home and rest.

Thanks for the great knife man - can't wait to get her!

Hey Grinch! Thanks a lot man, all yours. Pp received. Thanks!

Van dammit - Thanks a lot man, that means a bunch. I've never done any handles before, so some of this stuff is accidental lol. I love how the purple one looks with the black liner. Gonna use more purple heart for sure. Thank you guys so much.

Black and purple are sold. Thanks guys!

Josh...I just looked up some of your past work on the ol' Interweb, and, Wow! I'm really surprised that you're not a big, full time maker, because your grinds in particular, are some of the cleanest I've ever seen...that's how I'd best describe your work - super clean. I'm not really even a fan of the Japanese style blades for the most part, but I didn't see a single blade you've done that I wouldn't want to own, your work is just so freaking precise and elegant, and everything just looks sharp...I'm pretty sure I cut myself just now by looking at one of your blades for too long. I'm really looking forward to this knife man...it's gonna be fun cutting stuff with what I'm sure is a crazy-sharp edge. I'll definitely keep my eyes open for your future work.

Amazing work Josh!!... Im definitely gonna be keeping an eye on your work,, I'm just sad i missed that purple heart :(
great job snagging that beauty Van:thumbup:

rolf - There be dragons! lol.

Van - Wow man.....I am just not used to people being so nice. lol. I'm kind of a picky and meticulous person in general, so I think that comes through in my work. I'm really limited in space and tools, but do the best I can with what I have. Wish I had more resources. These handles have been really fun to do, and I really enjoyed yours. The wood ground and sanded like butter, and feels great in the hand. The edges on these are really delicate, and are spooky sharp. Cut yourself all you want by looking, but believe me, and believe my permanenly numb pinky finger......be careful man.
