Grilling some NY steaks tonight, which knife to use?

If you are eating off paper or foam plates off your lap most of those knifes will go right through and you'll be adding seasoning with your own blood. (yum, salty)

Ceramic plates will dull the edge, Tantos and warnclifs will only dull at one point. instead of along the entire belly. I'd go with the necker for ease of cleaning and warnclif like blade.
 
I know it is really low class but I have a set of cheap steak knives that work just great.:rolleyes:
