I’m going to update my membership when I get out if this crazy work cycle I’m in so I can post a photo of my new Rask (and sell some of my other knives).

Mine is simple stone washed titanium, raw titanium hardware and stonewashed blade. All I can say is I’m totally blown away by it. It’s utterly gorgeous the way the titanium kind of shimmers and changes with varying angles (some of the stone wash marks disappear, others show up). The action is insane and it is the most comfortable folder I’ve ever held, by a lot. I’d say it has reset my idea of excellence in a folding knife. It is by far my favorite carry. That said, I am babying it and won’t carry it when I’m planning to do serious/rough knife work. I have other “beaters” for that.

I kept my name on the list as I can see getting another, possibly one with a distressed anodized finish or dragon scales. Hopefully, I can sell enough other stuff to cover the cost and execute when it happens.

I also now really want a Saga for my work pen.

From one of their most recent YT vids, looks like an integral is in the works. I thought about buying another variation of a Rask but I may need to start saving for that instead. No idea of a release date but if the Rask is any indication it could well be a few years…

I have an original Paysan and can’t imagine a better integral (lock stick I know, but it’s such a beautiful piece of work). I’m sure Grimsmo can set a new standard — in execution as well as price!

Integral button lock is coming. Looks a little small compared to what I normally like - like the Malibu for example; but wow, you have to admire John’s never ending pursuit of perfection.

I like the look of that integral. Might have to pick one up.

I just watched the latest video posted above. Don't get me wrong, I have great respect and admiration for the guy but, he looked like a young kid a few years ago and now he looks like a 50-year-old man. I guess none of us look too good at 4am but maybe he should find a life balance with fewer 4am nights. Or is it just me?

At any rate, I don't much like button locks but, I will undoubtedly get one of the new integral models because I appreciate his work and the work of his team.
