Grimsmo service is awesome

Get alot of bad service everyday from lots of different companies, and always hear about the bad things online. Just wanted to give a thanks to Grimsmo and let you all know how easy they were to deal with and how fast the response time was. Simple thing, just needed some body screws, but they responded to my email same day and once I sent pictures showing what I needed and of the authenticity card, they sent them out for no charge and within a week had the new ones. Have dealt with things like this in the past and had to jump through hoops to get what was needed, and thats after them not responding in a reasonable time, just nice to see a company that makes an excellent product and then stands by it.

I had trouble getting ahold of them years ago, but more recently John has been great. He sent me several differently sized stop pins to fix an issue I had last year. It's good to see that their customer service has improved.
