Well after the realization I have to wait to buy a REAL grinder I use my OCD and time looking for my future purchase. Found something of interest so I figured I would share. This guy seems to build a decent grinder, can't find any other info then his page. But looks good and to you guys with motors and pulleys or can find cheap this may be an option. I am neither handy or have the resources so a plug in and go is for me but I like to pass on what I find. It seems that Jan of 2013 he built a few but I am sure some $$ and he would build more. I have never meet or talked with this guy just found it this morning and figured I would pass along.
