Grinder motor suggestions.

So I'm looking at getting a sling grinder kit from Polar Bear Forge by the end of the year and I'm trying to price everything. My question is what motor would you guys recommend? It needs to be a 56 frame with base I'm really trying to buy all new stuff and I don't like ordering from eBay (I know I'm weird!) my price range is as cheap as possible but my max would be about $250. Are there any good options out there for this price range?

Also while I'm talking about grinders are there any safety tips you would give? I would really like to keep all my fingers!

Check out the Iron Horse line from automation direct. If I remember right the 2hp 3phase 56c I got from them was about $175

:thumbup: I've got two of their 1.5 HP 3P with 56C frames that I paid $145 shipped. Great deal and I've had no problems with them.
