Here is a pretty crappy video of my grinder on the go. Sorry for the cluster, I have yet to lift the cabinet behind the grinder in order to bolt it on the bench.. when I do that, I have no more room in the shop whatsoever

Very nice. Definitely cool to see different designs that solve the same problem. I have never seem a tw90 up close but it seems like you have a similar system. The square tool arm in the round tube is very neat. You must have built a few things in a past life since there is a tremendous anoint of thought and fabrication in this grinder. Super nice. I said it before, there is a market for a solid grinder that goes horizontal with ease. I am taking a different approach since I have a kmg. My table top will rotate on a rod and pillow blocks. You're footprint is much smaller and that could be a huge seedling point. How much time do you think you have in this grinder?

Great job.

Thanks

@PT Doc, frankly, I have no idea. It took much time.. way more than it could. I cut all pieces with an angle grinder, waited for some material etc. If I had better conditions, water jet, all material on hand, I think it would take no more that a few days

@John Katt, I do have a tool rest.. a little complicated, but pretty versatile. I have an idea for a simpler version, if I make it, I will post pictures. Also planing to get a contact wheel.. eventually

Here are some pic. of the tool rest

BTW, in my first post, i meant to say clutter, not cluster :o :)

One thing is for sure, that arm will articulate in any direction ;0) looks like it would convert to a "post" type rest which is what I favor

Very clever and well made. That motor is very quiet. Great job and thanks for sharing.
