My first real Big boy grinder I purchased some 18 years ago and still use along with other 2 x 72" machines was a Coote, www.cootbeltgrinder.com
Get the 2 x 72" The best buy on belts and the best selection. Any 1hp or larger and the two step pulleys will get you grinding with adjustable speeds. My first was an open motor a buddy gave me. used it for about three years and didn't burn it out from the dust. After I made and sold a couple of years of knives I up grarded to a TEFC 1 1/2hp and a variable controller.
