Grinding 20 CV post ht?

Im working on a batch of thin ( .058 ) CPM 20cv bird and trout knives. Any pros or cons to grinding these post HT from Peters?

I made some fillet knives from M390 which is the same as 20CV and on such a thin knife grinding post HT is the way to go.

I went 60-120-100A 65A 45A. Maroon Scotchbrite finish works well.
