Grinds for Hire?

I have several D2 boot knife Blanks I would like turned into knives.

Would any makers do the primary grinds (pre heat treat) and drill holes for the pins for a fee?

How much do you think that would cost/who should I ask?

I might be interested in doing this for you, but first, I have a few questions:

1. How many blades are we talking about?
2. What are the sizes of the blades?
3. How many holes are in each handle?
4. Did you want flat grinds or hollow grinds?
