I would list this knife as LNIB however I seem to have lost one of the pocket clips screws. It's still very sturdy with just two but I'm sure BM would mail you one if you ask.
Besides that, I bought this knife brand new about a month ago. This is the 3rd or 4th Griptilian I've owned and it's by far the best. Smooth opening, solid lockup, perfectly centered blade, no blade play, and the blade falls freely when the lock is disengaged. When I bought it I put a dab of blue loctite on the pivot screw and set it just right, so it should stay just like it is. I never carried it, just cut some pieces of paper so it still had the factory edge on it.
