Griptilian

I have the Mini here. I have medium sized hands, large enough to palm a basketball decently, but not overly large. With it being a smallish handle, it disappears into the pocket, for those times you don't want it clipped, and it disappears and is not noticable. The back of the knife hits most of my pinky, so I have use of all four fingers in gripping. I've heard the full size is not as well balanced and is big in the pocket and sounds cheap because of a lack of steel liners.

The mini is great for most anything I need. 3" blade will do a lot. That said, if you need the bigger, get it.

I currently EDC the larger Grip and it is a great knife. The only complaint I have is that I wish it had G10 on the handle. Other than that it is a fantastic knife, especially for the price.

I love my full size Griptillian. I've handled the mini Grip but I just like the full size better. It fits my hand perfectly.
It cuts well and you just cant beat 154CM for a good all around blade steel, and it's not too hard to sharpen. And, the AXIS lock is one of the best ones out there. One of my favorite knives. It's my only Benchmade. If I bought another it would be the 950 Rift. Very Griptillian-like but a little more heavy duty.

The only thing better that a Mini-Griptilian is a full size one! :D

I personaly have and use full size Griptilian from 154 CM at about 2 years for EDC and hunting.
It keeps edge a long time and get back razor sharp very easy!
I choose full size Griptilian because I feel it much better in my hand.

I'm another one who prefers the full size Grip. The handle material and sound of opening don't bother me. Great knife. No complaints.

I have the full size, the wife has the mini. We love 'em. If I had it to do over, I propably would have bought the mini. for myself as well though (in black though, not pink like the wife's). The full size is Just a little bigger than I like to carry.

I have both and prefer the Mini. It gives you a really good size blade in a very compact package- of course, it also happens to fit my hand well, too. I've have lot's of other EDC-type knives, including Spydercos, a Sebenza, William Henry, and a Mnandi, and (even though I like them all) none of them have knocked the Mini Grip out of my front pocket. I think this is just an all-around great knife, especially for the price.

Eh, I tried to like the Griptilian, but it just never grew on me. For the money I would much rather have an Endura or a Delica. I don't care for the handle shape or blade geometry. And the tan one I have has painted scales, cheap way out and left a poor impression of overall quality.

All the Grippy love finally pushed me over the edge, I went and got a full size today. As with my other Benchmades I love it so far. Next week I'll put it through its paces at work and see how it stands up, though I am sure it will do great.
