IMHO, the mini-Grip with the sheepsfoot, hollow-ground blade is one of the most versatile folders ever developed and has very well stood the test of time. I've got one with Flytanium ti scales, one with KSF G-10 scales, and probably another custom-scaled one somewhere or another...
But I still much prefer the light weight and grippiness of the original FRN mini-Grip scales. Glad I picked up one or two extras for the safe before they discontinued the hollow-ground blades.
