Here we have a " Norseman " by Grismo knives. Fit and finish on these is amazing. This one is Silver,green,blue honeycomb. Has the upgraded ceramic bearings and flips like the wind with no effort. Blade steel is RWL-34 . A flawless knife!

FYI it looks like a gen 3. The pocket clip has the Norseman logo and the pivot screw has it too. And there is a lock bar over travel disc. All signs for 3rd batch.
 
It looks like a gen three to me as well. There should be a date engraved on the underside of the lockside scale, nearer the clip.

I have one, and it quickly has become my favorite knife. Super smooth, fast flipper with amazing attention to detail.
 
Gen 3 will have two flat sides on the pivot pin face that sits down into the handle frame locking it in so it will not rotate, ser. # is 074 looks to be a gen 2 to me.
 
Wow! Thanks for all the info guys! Added another pic. Date on frame is March 2013 - Date on card when it left Grismo's shop is 5/13

Looks like it is at least GenII if not III.

The details on this knife are amazing. Still available at this time.
