pan sits almost dead flat. Likely left factory this way. When pushed on 3 and 9 o clock position you barely hear a Tiny tick. Does not spin. Over all 9/10 condition. Pretty hard to find these lately. I’m asking 175 shipped and insured. Pm me for PayPal or questions
