I recently made a purchase from Gritter/Dan Wilson of Fairborn, Ohio and I had a really pleasant experience in which he made a video to communicate the knife I was buying and also threw in an extra knife, lanyard/skull bead and custom kydex sheath for the extra knife as a gift. He shipped it the next day, it arrived in 2 and I can't fault his communication on all aspects of the item that I wanted to know.
