Grizzly 1" x 42" w/8" disc

I have one of these on order and was hoping someone could recommend belt types, grits, etc., I would need for handle shaping, sharpening, etc. Also, has anyone used this type of Grizzly, if so, what do you think of it? Thank you for your time and patience for simple questions.

I just purchased that same machine last month and I am very impressed with it. For the price, its a great value. I use the silicon carbide belts to do clean up work on folder parts and it works very well. Its easy to set to a true 90 degrees and it runs very smooth.
