whats with the extra wheel on the back of the platen? Is it stabilizing on the back of the belt?

To reduce vibration on the back side of the belt , it's removable. Also opposite side of shaft was cut off , so you cant use buffer unless you make some kind of addapter. grizzly doesn't come perfect out of the box .
Motor runs like new, it just to fast for my needs , I will be adding another variable speed KMG.
