Where can I find a 3/4" or there abouts wheel that will fit my grizzly grinder. I want it to do finger holes.
Thanks

Are you asking about a 3/4" thick grinding stone that would be 6"-8" diameter, like this?

Or, are you asking about a 3/4" diameter sanding drums like this?

You would need to mount a chuck on the end of your arbor shaft, like this.

It would probably be easier to just use your drill press though, and you could slow it down more too.

You would have great difficulty due to the belt location / tension. To be able to bring the belt / wheel out far enough, you would have to drastically reduce the extension height to bring the belt out further. That being said, I think you could make it work, just buy the wheel from Rob Frink or one of the other suppliers (I think Tracy Mickley has some too) and fabricate up a new rest to fit where the platen does. I've thought about it, but stuck with the drums in my press as I didn't want to adjust and readjust the belt.

thanks for your help as I seen the drums Im torn on doing that or the wheel. I just dont want to have to get sanding drums for it. I might just go with the drums because like farmer phil said I can adjust the speed in my drill press.
Thanks to all

I buy them by the bag at the local WoodCrafter's store. Jantz has them that way too. They (at least all that I've found) only go to 220 so I just hand sand the rest. I think I have 80, 150 and 220. Generally I just use the 80 then jump to 220 though. Get the 2" long ones if you get some. Very little price difference and you get twice as much as the 1" length.
