Hello,
I am looking for a pocket knife for my groomsmen in the $50 range. Some of the following look promising from a traditional standpoint:

Boker 1004
BUCK 271 Alpha Dorado, Rosewood
Buck Nobleman Stainless-Titanium Handle
Gerber 7170 Freeman Folder
Kershaw 1660BR Leek Smoked
But I also really like the Benchmade Pika II Tanto and Pardue Mini-Ambush
and CRKT’s M16-10KZ Carson.

Any advice? D-day is October 4th.
Thanks,
-Brian

I just went through this. I ended up giving my groomsmen the Victorinox Soldier / AAA LED flashlight set. I also threw in a bottle of their favorite booze.

I considered all different kinds of knives but in the end, the Victorinox knife /flashlight set proved to be best for everyone.

Good luck...

Congratulations Brian!

I guess it depends on whether your groomsmen are into knives or are outdoorsmen.

For folks not into knves, the Vic is a great gift. Always appropriate and never intimidating.

If they are hunters or outdoorsmen, the Buck Alph Dorado would be sweet.

If they like city knives, one of the others might be good.
