That is awesome Andy Fiddleback . Great idea on the HB group buy drawing for one of these. AND I've always wanted to try the Jefferson's Ocean. How does it taste? compared to a Basil Hayden or a Woodford? Or just try it! LOL.

Its excellent. Its got a salty caramel thing going on that is wonderful. Worth a try for sure.

Jefferson's has just released "Voyage 15" which this time will be a wheat forward mash bill rather than a rye. It's supposed to be a small release so it might be hard to find. Anyway, if you see it buy it and tell me how it taste.

I’m sure Jefferson’s Ocean is delightful, but I was aged on a ship at sea for years also, and it didn’t do much good for me...

Anyway, the Hiking Buddy helped with fire prep today!

ETA: also happy to report that my gf uses hers more than I had hoped for - not only for opening packages and boxes for her business, but also daily in the kitchen.
(Sadly, we live in the big city, so use has been decidedly “urban” for now...)
