I'll chime in with support for Thomas. I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with him personally, but it's pretty damn clear he's a class act all around.

I'm sitting in KAI warranty right now. I brought in a knife with a minor minor issue as an excuse to see the warranty side and leave a "you're awesome don't go!", just a quick note for Thomas since he said he was super busy today and they disappeared with a "I need to show Thomas" to the other person and now I feel like the BIGGEST whiner ever! Since you'll see this eventually Sorry Thomas!!!!! I had intended to improve your day and now I've just thrown some wood on that fire!!! SORRY!

Neither have I, but he is one of the good guys for sure. It's very clear that he loves what he does and has a strong passion for it. It's a rare commodity in most industries these days. Plus, he gives to the community like very few other manufacturers (you can count them on one hand and have a couple fingers left over).

Jeremy in warranty took care of my minor little issue right away! My issue was pitifully minor and there might have been some, "really? seriously? thats nothing" in the back room but they took care of it anyway without even a much deserved eye roll. Everybody there at KAI is great! Thomas really works hard and I think everyone else there deserves some recognition also. Without their hard work an already hard job could be even harder. Thank you Thomas for all you do and thank you to everyone else over there who helps make sure you can keep doing what you're doing because this place wouldn't be the same without you.

They don't print enough money for me to put up with the B.S. sometimes spewed forth here and on similar Forums. T.W. is a better man than I.

I agree with all said - Thomas is tops on my list. I have said it before, but will say it again, I like the interaction he provides and he is not afraid to have an opinion. This is what I was raised on and what I teach my children. Being fair, equitable, and standing behind what he believes in is why I come daily to this forum. Great idea to the OP.

All my dealing with Kershaw have been professional and fair.

Plus I like the way he handles the forums. I couldn't deal with a rabid Internet fanbase of my harshest critics.

I'm the FNG around here and haven't been posting for long but Thomas has answered any questions I've had ASAP. So, Thank You Sir!

Thomas is a hell of a guy and puts up with a ton of shit. ZT customers should be proud and not look a gift horse in the mouth. :D

Thomas = Good peoples.

He don't need no hugs .... He needs 5 minutes in the cage with TM.

Kershaw is the knife company I trust most. Kershaw knife designs are some of the most ergonomic, strongest, and innovative around. Their customer service thoroughly fixes any issues without nickel and diming the customer (Only member of the "Big 3" quality makers which doesn't make you enclose a check for return shipping, I think?). And Kershaw's forum representatives, through their own knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm, just solidify everything good that anyone's ever said about the brand.

This and the general forum are really the only two which I regularly check on BF, and Thomas' posts are the largest part of what keep this forum always interesting.

Well thomas I hope you have seen this thread. Or Atleast I hope you see it at some point. No matter how negative things seem around here at times there is still a silver lining in the grayest of clouds.
