Group trail run that almost ended in disaster

I think the 'group' needs to come to some kind of understanding/agreement. What is a "group run" and what is "a bunch of people running on their own at the same time and place." :)

She said she was cold, but never panicked and was confident she would be found the next day or able to get out on her own.
