Got a lightly used Survive Knives GSO 4.1 in 3v tumbled finish with brown micarta scales and a coyote sheath. Comes with the factory box and straw packing material 
Knife appears to have the factory edge but I did give it a light strop. Cut's like a laser but I just got a GSO5 so I am moving this along. $210!!!traded!!!
