Gso-4.7

This may have already been answered, but I didn't find it so will ask: Will the new 5.1 have this same handle?

EDIT to add:

Nevermind, the CAD went up! After Easter, I'll be putting in my order for a GSO-12, 4.1, 4.7, & 5.1. When they arrive, I'll try to do a comparative review of the latter 3 similar to previous reviews.

The handles are all definitely different from their predecessors. In addition, the new spec mid sized knives won't have interchangeable handles anymore.

Clearly this new 4.7 looks amazing. For those of you who preordered it, what made you choose this one instead of or in addition to the 4.1?

The original 4.1 was so popular and I'm wondering if you'll use this 4.7 for similar things or because of the different specs use it differently.

What went into your decision???

I'll be using my 4.75 similarly to the 4.1. I just felt the need for a smidge more blade length, but I'm not a fan of finger choils until the blade gets longer like the revised 7/7.
so that's why I ordered the 4.75 and 7/7.

Previously I was running the 4.1 and GSO6. The 6 has just as much cutting area as the old 7/7 so I went the route without the finger choil to keep the overall length down.
I wish the new 7/7 was about a 1/2" longer though. I plan on putting it up against my Busse DSSF. There will be only one. :)
