GSO 5.1 Factory Seconds & 4.7 Secret Steel Available!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know that the GSO 5.1 factory seconds and the GSO 4.7 secret steels are available right now on the Survive! site.

I already snagged myself a 5.1 and I couldn't be more excited. I think I set a speed record for spending $200+ hahah.

I was able to put both in the cart without much issue, did not pull the trigger as I have mine already, was merely curious! But them up guys!!!
 
Haha. Congrats guys. I got a 5.1 factory second on order last week. Eagerly waiting for that shipping notice. :)
 
I can't decide on the 4.7, it won't be a secret anymore when I get it!

Just did the exact same thing. Best wishes to all those who want one and will get out and use one! 5.1's seem like old news at this point :D
Really really really really really excited about both flavors of 4.7's!!!!!
 
Ordered 2 x GSO 5.1 which was painless and even I could figure it our with ease. Why 2? Greed and famine aside, one in 3V and the other in 20CV to see which I'd like more. For those who ordered the GSO 4.7, I hope that the secret and mysterious steel is made of Valyrian steel and not wet noodle :p
 
Was going to buy a 4.7 secret steel, but then read that they won't ship until end of May due to cerakoting.
I really wanted one just to get any 4.7 in hand quicker, but I think I have a better chance of scoring a 4.7 seconds in the next couple weeks and having it sooner.
+ then I can get my 20CV i need down here on the coast.
 
The GSO 5.1 2nds are already sold out as of 4PM PDT as the time of this post. I did manage to order two as stated previously (I was rocking and ready in stealth mode at 2:00 PM PDT) and they were gone in less than 2 hours! Good luck with the 4.7 2nds probably in the upcoming Monday(s).
 
I wonder where the big rush of 4.7 first starters will be compared to future Monday 4.7 second sales. Only a very few firsts have been sited outside of the shop so far so I feel like it is getting closer and closer to the flood gates opening!
 
Now to await the Monday sales for the GSO 6!

I have a feeling this is the beginning of yet another collection . . .
 
Still showing 4.7 Mystery Steels available. I thought these might have been snapped up faster. Can't wait to hear what the steel is. I'd be all over one of these if they were not coated.

You could always preorder the 6. . . I'm tempted myself. However, I figure I should wait until I decide that I like the 5.1 once I receive it. Also, I've kind of decided I want a 4.1, or a 7/7 first.

Thanks HK. I guess that I'm quite a quick study ;)

The 3V version which I got is with black kydex, black oxide rivets and the orange/black (tiger stripes) G10 and the 20CV with black G10, black oxide rivets and tan kydex. I am sure that I will be mesmerized by both which will undoubtedly either end up as safe queens or worse than factory 100th once I'm done using them with my special panache for sharpening, honing and stropping :D

I could, but (and this is going to sound childish) the less time between my order and the product arrival the better. I tend to get a little anxious lol.

Plus, like you, I want to see how I feel about the 5.1 first.

That's the cool thing about right now is we have options. We're in the last of the preorders but also have the option to wait for upcoming Monday sales :thumbup:
