This is the latest model from 'Gus' Cecchini he calls 'Scarface' and uses a new assisted-opening mechanism. The blade has to be at virtually 90` before the sping takes over with authority plus it locks-up is with a bar underneath the blade so the frame is solid. It is a very unique design, works well and I hope to see more of it. This negates any chance that the knife could be construed as an auto.

This is what Gus had to say:
"Well, info is simple, S30V blade, 6-4 Ti frame and spring, hardened 440C lockbar and bearings. I've spent 3 times the amount of days to
make this one, compared to one Prisma....."

The frame/blade have a superb hand-rubbed finish plus Gus' 'signature' sculpting of the ti on his frames but it has been turned on the inside, too. Tha knife is 4 7/8" closed, 3 3/8" blade, 8 1/4" OAL and a slim 3/8" thick, 1/2" with the clip. The thumb-stud matches two other Mosaic pins in the blade and the machined ti pocket-clip and rear-spacer are file-worked.

The knife is mint from the maker other than the box is a little tattered but I'm sure another could be had. The knife has Gus' lifetime warranty and was made on 12/23/2008.

The price is $995 shipped Priority and Insured, Paypal please add the 3.5% fees and please email or PM with any questions.
