Yikes, I just pulled the trigger on another one. A 701X in stag.

I have way too much time on my hands and spend way too much of that cruising the net for knives!:thumbup:

Cool 701. The 700 series are my favorite pocket knives...or is it the 500s. I may have a touch of that addiction as well.

When I met Chuck Buck in September at LL Bean I was carrying my 701, the later version with Block letters...I forget the date code on it. I asked Chuck what was he carrying and it was a TNT. I showed him my 701 and he said "that one is collectable" so bear in mind before you scratch up that nice knife with everyday use "that one is collectable."

I haven't received either one of the stag one's yet, but they should be here in the next day or two. Then I can take my own photo.

A display? Maybe when I get a few more.

I have one 55, just the everyday one, but I really like it too.
