I got it figured out. The hint was referring to the trolley on Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Mister Rogers also had a fish tank. Fish tanks can contain all kinds of aquatic life... such as seahorses...

Tank Buster. It is a stretch but trains have tanks on them. Don't think there is a caboose knife lol. Never know though. Busse Caboose. We had the war train so maybe we got something new and unnamed as of yet.
