Guess what is the next Busse production knife...

Has anything 3/8" been made these past few years? Did this treasure from Wauseon die a terrible death to never be seen again?

I have a love for porky (not 1/4", this is not PORKY, lol) INFI, there used to be others who shared my love for the bigguns.....anyone else here been taking up the call for "challenged by thickness" INFI?

It doesn't what the model, blade length, handle type....I believe in love for ALL porky INFI pieces.

I think Ronybear took up chubby chasin'.;)

I want to get my hands on the SAR4 so bad. That's going to be made in the "background" though as it is going directly to the company store. Seems the machinery would be half set up to do the Muks at the same time as the larger of the two muks is supposed to have the same new DCH (Daily Camper/Hunter) handle shared with the Small SARs. It would make sense to see them coming soon.

Other than that I could EASILY see a NMFSH with a 9" blade which would force me to make some room in my now meager collection. That would be OUTSTANDING. I like the NM treatment a lot. The convex edge is just so well done and I like it in use. As far as FSH's go though the only change I would make would be less drop on the point (is it still a SH then?). A little straighter/flatter spine with a little more belly. Donno why but drop points with the point at or below midline just look dead to me. Or at least begin the drop a little farther down the spine? More belly like the FBM and SARSQuatch is GOOOOOOOOOOOOD

Wild card bet... NMBATAC

Edited to add... Also, we're overdue for the Shakers!

Hi DN....I've been away from the forums and Busse's for a while up untill about 5 months ago. There have been a few fatties that were produced but I am a bit uncertain about their exact thickness. I know that the MOASH is good and fat aswell as the ASH1 both well over .25. If I'm not mistaken the FFBM has some sweet fatness to her aswell. I hope Ronnie will chime in and post some photos of his Custom Shop pieces that he has "those are incredible:thumbup::thumbup:".

Cheers,
Art

P.S. Good to have you back at BF's
