Fits all 1/2 x 28 threaded barrels. Has been threaded on to a couple of barrels but never loctited or fired through.

What you do not need to do: Change the OEM guide rod spring assembly.

4) Cyanide Designs mini-ROOK 9mm Compensator
Will universally fit on a 9mm threaded barrel* (both 1/2-28 and M13.5x1 LH), including pistol caliber carbines (PCC). Using a set screw free design, can be repeatedly taken off and installed without damage to the barrel threads, allowing for easier cleaning and maintenance.

*I could not get this to thread all the way on to a KKM barrel. Unsure of other barrels, I didn't have any other threaded barrels to test this on.

Needs a T10 driver and loctite, both not included.

This was ordered with the threaded barrel option which Tier1 typically cuts with an open bottom to allow for a compensator to be attached. This has been the only holster I have ordered from them that did not arrive in this manner and is molded closed at the bottom to only allow for a threaded barrel but not with an attached compensator. My need was for the latter at the time.

This was my go to holster for a good while. Will show some wear. You can remove the wedge if needed. Retention screw facing outward on wedge-side began to rust slightly - because of this FrogLube was applied.

I think the mini-ROOK looks unique and like that it (in theory) clamps down on the barrel and is tightened down from the bottom. However, I only had one available barrel to try it in (KKM) and I could not get it to thread on all the way. If you have another branded barrel it may work but your mileage may vary.

For this reason I would recommend the Legion Precision comps. They threaded on to the KKM, as well as a Shadow Systems barrel no problem.
 
Legion Precision 9mm Compensator is SPF to deemage.
