slightly off topic, but what used to grind my gears was comic books. it's been years since I bought one, so maybe things have changed. I can't remember any specific issues, but anytime the punisher would be featured in a Spider-Man title for example, he'd be shooting something that looked like it was made out of lego. same as pretty much any bad guy (or anti-hero), down to the generic bank robber. they were all shooting grey bricks. whereas the artists for the punisher and punisher war journal would actually take the time to research what they were drawing. PWJ is still one of my favorite titles, but I digress.
