Guns & Trucks

"God, Guns, Guts and American Trucks" That is an instant classic! You gotta love CNN. Journalism is soooo yesterday... it's all about advocating and defending their position.

2nd Best line: "...Do you believe that Jesus would carry a gun"
Answer: "No. They didn't have guns back then..."

LMAO!!!

I'd like to commend that gentleman that owns that dealership...he seems to be a fine American.
The infobabe that is babbling nonsense needs a d*** in her mouth...then she might shut up and do something useful.

Great find!
Love that car dealer:
"how did you come up with that motto?"
"because we sell trucks, you know"

man that's great, hell yeah for him, and that's why I don't watch cnn, I'm a fox news kind a guy....That's a great car dealership!!!!!!!!

That CNN anchor is an idiot.
I'd buy a truck from that dealership.

IMO, she is not necessarily an idiot, especially just because she has an opinion contrary to yours or mine. She handles herself fairly professionally and seems to have given the topic some thought, although she clearly does show her own bias. You might not like her opinion or viewpoint (which may itself be idiotic)--and for the record, I don't--but that in and of itself does not make her an idiot.

What I do like is how the guy interviewed responds to her questions with well-thought out answers and measured restraint. So much for the notion that believers in the 2nd Amendment are all a bunch of idoitic fanatics, at least for now anyway.

Well said. If people would stop treating everyone with a differing opinion like dirt, maybe we could actually have some useful discourse, instead of burying ourselves in partisan namecalling.

I wish he'd asked her if she could explain the difference between an evil gun like a semi-automatic AK47 and the socially acceptable guns she said she had around the house when she was growing up.

Good vid.

Just because someone's opinion is different doesn't mean they're an idiot.

They are an idiot when:

Their opinion goes against reason.

They keep asking you different questions to answer a question you have already answered.

They keep asking the questions to further their (CNN's) agenda.

And that is my opinion :foot:

Hilarious.

"What would Jesus do? Would he carry a gun?"
"No, they didn't have guns back then."

kinda reminds me of the doctor that stated when he took a black talon bullet out of a patient, the doctor stated that the black talons was very nasty and a not so nice bullet.

i always said well i hope that we can find some of them nice bullets.

they are to stupid to realize that a gun never shoots anyone, somebody has to pull the trigger...

i always tell them i only carry a gun for one reason and that is to kill people, gets them everytime.
i also have said that if it takes a gun to make someone brave they need to leave it at home.

good food for thought.

Good one Dave:thumbup:

IMO he more than held his own and made her look kinda foolish:D:thumbup::thumbup:

She finally though she had him on the "god and guns" and she just wound up looking even more foolish.

Man I like that guy, very smart and a quick thinker:thumbup:

Anybody watch the "kids trapped in burning car" video that comes on next.
Jeez, heavy...luckily there was a pocket knife wielding neighbor who helped cut them out (of child seats?). He and his pocket knife even get credited by the firefighter at the end.
See, it came back around to a knife discussion.

exactly pushingmongo, how about, they will run that clip about twice and that is all you will see on cnn, then they will be back to showing the soldier that is captured by the taliban, i know that media will exploit anything that will sell comercials period...

fair and consistent reporting with conservative values, watch fox...

Lol, she acts like an AK-47 is some sort of terrifying thing. It's just a semi-auto rifle.
