Eliot: Beautiful plunge grinds and just a great looking knife. Well done.

Corey, you will LOVE this knife. I have Eliot's Bulldog pattern FB and it's one of my most favorite knives. So comfy in-hand it takes will power to put it down. And super sharp too. And wait 'til you see the sheath that comes with it. Eliot's leather work is as good as it gets, think Burt Foster's sheaths.
Eliot, you are really onto something using long established Traditional folder patterns for a fixed blade. They have everything going for them; so attractive, so natural in-hand, and superbly ground blade, and the perfect fit substantial sheath you make.
My congratulations to you both.
And Corey, you couldn't have gotten a better deal for a fine FB had you gone to Blade.

Thank you Roland. You are to kind
Thank you poedandy

I got this knife in the mail yesterday and it looks even better in hand than the pictures described. Solid, heavy-duty, yet very sharp with great grinds. The sheath is a work of art in its own right and Eliot threw in a gorgeous firesteel to boot.

Thanks Eliot for being such a straight-up fella to work with!
I'll definitely be watching your future work.
:D

Corey, your description of this Gunstock: "Solid, heavy-duty, yet very sharp with great grinds.", describes my Bulldog FB from Eliot too. It has such a solid in-hand feel, when i'm holding it i think: "Man, i could cut Anything with this knife".
Too bad we can't go hunting together and cut stuff with our Eliot knives.
