Just wanted to give a "shout out" and Thumbs Up to Barry over at Gunstock Jack's Knives and Collectibles. Last week I ordered a Great Eastern #89 Gambler. The very next day he called to say that while packing the knife he noticed a chip in the bone handle, and wondered if I would like a different knife or a price discount. He even went so far as to send a picture of the flaw. I chose the same model knife but in slightly darker red than originally selected.

The knife arrived late this week and I gotta say, "It's perfect." Another flawless knife from Great Eastern, and another top-notch GEC dealer. :thumbup:

Barry has absolutely knocked it out the park for me every single time.
Not only is Barry as honest as the day is long but he cares.
With me being in New Zealand I am sure he could get more local and easier customers - but he gets things done- and never have I had a complaint.

I can’t thank Barry enough, I am as far away as you can get and when in this position- you are in the hands of the Dealer - and I always - without photos at times - have had perfect knives sent my way.

I echo what others say about Barry. His business is small but his results are massive in the field of customer support and passion.

Barry is a great person to do business with. He is also a great Forum member. On Guardians of the Lambsfoot we had a discussion on having a Guardian hat; the next thing I know, the hat is for sale on his site. He has never promoted it on Forum but it is there for those who want it. Great guy.
