Guppie Knife

Not sure where my post went, but:
If you want a set of stabilized Asian Black Palm, I'll send you some. They are cut on the bias, and look like fish scales. They are one of my most popular scales when I have them. I cut 50 sets this winter, and had them done by WSSI.Send me an email.

Great job Larry. Please post the finished pictures.

That's a really cool little knife Larry but what you did with the boy is even cooler. I'm glad that his mom will let him have it when he's older.

Hey I've got some spalted elm and some spalted birch, also got some HEAVILY FIGURED fiddleback maple (musical grade) take your pick, yours for the cause, I'll even throw in postage.

Wow thats great. Very cool knife and its great what your doing for the boy.
Its also great all you guys that are so willing to pitch in on the project.

Great use of time. My best friend growing up had no dad (up and left and then died of a heart attack when he was young). I always kinda felt like it was my job to treat him like a brother, and teach him about guns and knives etc. He is still my best friend today, (and a Sheriff)

always good to have a cop in the family. LOL

ha ha i love it! this is very similar to a fish shaped knife design i have done several times. i think its a very cool idea, and as Scott Ickes taught me, its important for a knife to have lines and shapes from nature. also its a wonderful opportunity for a young man to get to do something like this with you.
