They look like a khukuri blade welded to a socket bayonet mount. Often that is exactly what they are. Someone cuts and welds the two pieces togetherto attract collector attention. But, there are some authentic examples, authough the blades are only somewhat khukuri-like (i.e. a recurved knife shaped blade).
