Hi Gang,
Every now and then I go on the web and just let it take me where it may. I took one such journey recently and found some informative, bizarre and humerous links that I'd like to share with you all. So, clear your mind, get your mouse locked and loaded and prepare to set sail for the great beyond......
Let's begin Here with Ron Hood's article on the GH Khukuri
The next stop (two links actually) will give us a bit of historic info on Gurkha regiments. Begin at this one and then click here.
For those of you who have ever wondered if you can throw a Khukuri, you'll find the answer at this spot.
Next along the line is a rather bizarre site which describes itself like this:
Last, but not least, is a most informative site on dealing with telemarketers. How many times have we wished for just one chance to dismember a telemarketer's switchboard with our favorite blade? This site offers a reasonable alternative. Sometimes the tongue can be sharper than the sword. The true path to enlightenment is this way.

What struck me most about this site is their rendition of the "Gurkha Khukri" as used by the Navy Seals. An odd looking beast, but who am I to question the tools of the Special Warfare units? Click here and make your own observations.Navy Seals Covert Ops (reffered to as NS:Q3 or NSQ3) is intended to be a realistic simulator for military warfare under different conditions and in different environments.
