Guy cuts his finger.....blames the Shallot, I'm not buying it

i think in the videos description, he blames lint for the failure if i recall correctly. either way i dont see how the lock could fail if hes holding the knife with a tight squeeze. User error is to blame for this paper cut.

My wife severed two tendons on her left index finger back in May. She was using my sodbuster jr. this guy's cut was in a similar place and if it was to the bone (which wife indeed did) he'd not have thought, "gee, let me upload this experience to youtube". also, as to the blood on the blade thing; when i found the knife after she had thrown it down on the floor of the car, there was a speck of blood on the blade. but a speck for something like 16 stitches.
